Introduction to Meditation
9:00 to 13:00 on Saturday 28th September
Suitable for complete beginners as well as those with an established meditation practice. The morning will include sessions on posture, stress reduction, mindfulness, different approaches to meditation and establishing a regular practice.
A Very Short Introduction to Buddhism
Part 1 – 19:30 to 21:30 on Wednesday 2nd October
Part 2 – 19:30 to 21:30 on Wednesday 7th October
An introduction to eight key concepts in Buddhism. Meditation instruction will also be given so you can come without having gone to the Saturday morning introduction to meditation, but we advise going to both if you can make it.
